Enjoyed our stay!

The Puerto Montt abba Hotel is on the water front designed around an interesting nautical theme. It was clearly built many years ago, but has been well kept and is very comfortable. The staff is exceptional with their knowledge of the area and help and guidance in answering questions. The included breakfast has a nice variety and is served on the 8th floor restaurant with views of the surroundings. Some of the rooms don't have the best views, but overall it is a good value.

Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt is in a prime location with the board walk across the street. Beautiful water views and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great restaurant which we had breakfast and dinner with windows all around. Bonus was the pool with amazing views and we had the place to ourselves, it felt like a spa! The only negative was that our room was on the corner where the bus stop was so it was noisy, only when the windows were open. Other than that, would Highly recommend!!

Over priced stay in old hotel

Huge room with no view. Huge walk in closet. Mini kitchen, sitting area and dining room table. Loads of space but needs a refresh. Nice to have indoor parking especially after front desk clerk told us not to go out at night! Not true we had a nice dinner not far from the restaurant.

The shower goes from freezing cold to scalding hot, and it's very hard to keep it at the same temperature. Bathroom fan makes horrible noises. Coffee at breakfast was watery, and the scrambled eggs were runny.

Very disappointed with this hotel especially for the price we paid. Reception staff were not very friendly. This hotel is highly overrated. Carpet in the room was full of stains and bubbled in areas. There was black mold in the corners of tub walls. Hotel is very old and needs refurbishing.

The outside of the hotel did not appeal to me at all. The inside is very nice. Parking can be difficult. One of my party has Celiac disease and cannot each a lot of items. The restaurant was very unhelpful and told her she should have called ahead for items such as rice cakes etc. Also the menu does not accurately show non wheat items or dairy.

Que pena que lo estén dejando decaer

Lo bueno es la ubicación, la amplitud de las habitaciones y buena atención. Hay que tomar en cuenta que la relación precio calidad comparado con otros hoteles no es tan adecuada. Las alfombras de la habitación están bastante desgastadas , al igual que las cortinas black aut que incluso están receebajadas, en la habitación que me tocó la tenia hidromasaje que no funcionaba y estaba con óxido además no dejan nshampoo y menos aún acondicionador. En la piscina los ventanales del costados estaban sucios por lo que no se puede apreciar el lindo paisaje por completo y uno de los artefactos se los baños tiene todas las marcas de sarro por el agua. Es una pena porque la aindraestrucrira es muy buena y quienes trabajan allí muy atentos.
