I like the place. very nice, very clean. The housekeeping & reception as well as the staff at the bar are very friendly and because of that i feel very welcomed whereby I invited many of my friends to stay there again a few days after my first visit. BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. Some of my friends come to try the banana boat. So we said that's fine, we'll play volleyball instead as it is listed on their brochure. But AGAIN the staff at the watersport speak to me in mocking manner that there are no volleyball. They haven't buy the volleyball yet. I feel very ashamed of how they speak to me. Please respect your guests as i respect the staffs there. I worked in hotel industry also and in fact that i'm holding a manager position. Majority of my friends are hotelier and holding manager positions. We know the hotels / resort way and manners. Please note that the guests are not all stupid and they observing you. Overall my stays are pleasant and big thumbs up on the staff at the reception as well as the housekeeping & F&B.
