What a beautiful place to stay. Staff was very helpful, a bit of walking distance to dotonbori but surrouded by konbini everywhere. Great cafes near by and the room is beautiful. We stayed in a room of 6 and it's a great place to get together and bonding with your group. One thing though, the bed is not very comfortable to sleep on. After long day of walking and exploring, a good night sleep is a must.

The Nico Hotel was very cozy and comfortable to stay at. I did enjoyed the fact it felt like an modern apartment than a hotel which is a bonus! If I ever come back to Osaka this will be my to stay spot!

There are so many great things to say about this property, but I’ll highlight the most important ones. The room was spotless, and the hotel amenities were extremely clean and very useful—including a washer inside the bedroom. The location was absolutely perfect, central to everything. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Japan.

Very clean room staffs are friendly, slight let down is the noise on the streets you could clearly hear passing motorbikes and ambulances especially if you’re a light sleeper like me I didn’t realise all rooms are facing the main road but other than that it’s a perfect stay but won’t stop me from coming back again

This hotel was AMAZING! Frederick at the front desk was amazing, he was very nice and welcoming. He made the stay 10/10. The property was great as well. Very comfortable and relaxing, and great location. I especially loved the whiskey and gin selection at the bar. I highly recommend this place, and I will be staying again!!
