Sliten Lyx.
Bästa läget med direktaccess till stranden, vackra vyer, underbart kristallklart vatten. Rummen var slitna, hotellpersonalen var trötta. Pris på mat och dryck var rena rånet så vi slapp alla charterbananer vilket var skönt
Beautiful architecture in amazing setting of fresh and sea water pools and natural sea coves. Excellent large size room, well furnished, and outstanding bath.

Beautiful pool
Poor free wifi- have to stay in lobby, not in rooms or pool area
Expensive and limited menu at pool snack bar- (not kid friendly).
First the room we had was awesome because it was near the pool and on the first floor with direct access to the pool. However the room and hall stank to high heaven. The beds were awful- rocks and very little bedding. Everything was WAY overpriced. Drinks were 18 euros. We had just stayed in Santorini at the most amazing places where food and Anne iTunes were priced super affordably.
The Westin was fabulous the beach/pool area were great loved the cabanas. Food was super expensive. You still had to pay extra for the kids club you would think for what you pay it will be included. Although the rates we're not that much surprisingly. But for a small bottle of water 5.50E is ridiculous. Will I stay again probably for a rest in between islands.
Room was absolutely filthy - sheets, carpet, shower were all very dirty. There was food in the mini bar which had been half-eaten. The hotel did nothing to compensate us for this. The hotel's only redeeming quality is its location.
Needs some updating, but we had a great stay. Excellent room. Comfortable. Great service. Kid friendly. I will go back.
The beach and pool were awesome and very relaxing.
Stayed two nights following 2 weeks sailing around the Islands before returning home to Virginia. Hotel is in a GREAT location as it is close to the downtown sights, Glyfada beaches and clubs and best of all a straight shot to the airport.
That being said, this hotel is grossly overpriced as it is outdated, the staff at the front desk was extremely unhelpful with everything from wireless internet connection to directions to travel assistance - Concierge the worst! Asked for airline info and he didn't follow up or leave info for next shift. The property itself is in serious need of a refresh and the rooms are dated and smell old. Our AC wasn't working and when we called to request engineering we found out why. The vent was completely clogged and the filter was black. When I tried to take a picture the engineer quickly left the room.
Recommend you find another place or use the Sofitel by the airport.

Jewel in need of restoration
This hotel is a family favorite and is located in the best part of the Athenian Riviera. We know many of the staff, and it feels like home. Having said that, this year, in particular, we noted that the hotel's condition is neglected, and the Astir's fourth floor hallway smells of sewage, in spite of the fragrance machine positioned in the hallway. The outdoor pool cabanas are in need of new drapes, and the pool pavers are chipped and in need of grout. The gym is laughable, but, fortunately, we were able to use the Arion's excellent gym and spa facilities.
Basically, the Astir urgently needs care and attentive management to restore this jewel of a property.
Beautiful views of the sea and large beautiful room. Corridors have a moldy odor. 40 mins drive from central Athens. Probably the nicest hotel on Athens. Food is expensive but I would highly recommend the Nobu restaurant.
We are dissappointed about the washroom accessories. No paper tissues, tooth brush, shower soap etc..
The Restutant service and food was average considering the prices they charge. In fact it's terribly over price.
We are extremely dissappointed!!
The hotel is located in a bay area. Amazing view of sea and mountain. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Hotel has many facilities for everyone to enjoy: from Tennis to swimming to children's activities etc. The area around the hotel is very nice, clean and high-end suburb of Athens. 10 minutes from the shopping area in Glyfada by cab(10 euro) and 25 minutes from downtown Athens by cab (30 euro). Lots of restaurants and café shops around the area.
