Property was 700 yards from the key collection and the instructions were not obvious to me. Bed was very uncomfortable, took 2 days to get the WiFi instructions, iron missing so couldn’t press my clothes for meetings on Monday morning. I arrived on a Sunday. Had to leave window open to cool down the very small bedroom but the noise in the street was high until 2am due to people leaving bars etc. Property isn’t suitable for a business trip as you won’t be able to get a good nights sleep. For students, holiday makers etc it’s a good location, clean and nice apartment.

We found the flat in not the most shiny conditions. Floors were dirty, we found hair in the bathroom, coffee stains on the dinning table and kitchen. The flat was completely different that was offered in the pictures. we had a tiny sleeping room with no windows whatsoever and no views at all, not even windows to have some fresh air, a very warm - heavy atmosphere room. Wouldn’t recommend this place as it was not what we thought it would be for being offered as superior flats.

Great place as a base to explore Trondheim

Stay was amazing, but the directions to get to the apartment need to be clearer. We walked around in pouring rain for some time until we finally found the destination.

Very nice apartment, as pictured. When we checked in, the light fixture over the mirror in the bathroom was out, I sent an email about it and under an hour later, the maintenance people came to fix it! Very impressed by that. The beds were nice and comfy, the area was really nice and the check in went good. I was in contact with Vander before and during our stay here, and the response time was really good, they answered quick and helped me along the way. I can really recommend this apartment hotel for anyone that want an apartment instead of a hotel room in Trondheim!
