The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property.

The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. I felt a little swarmed and uncomfortable. The room itself was nice and spacious, clean and functional. Very Warm however due to the hot weather and a lack of aircon. Later in the evening the Fire Alarm went of apparently it was the 3rd time that month, once the fire brigade had cleared the building and it was established someone was unable to cook toast the rest of the stay went smoothly. I can understand the issue with cooking fumes as my rooms extractor was on the opposite side of the room, with the fire detector in-between.

Nice place, great location

A decent place to stay, with a comfy bed. Good location too, with a pub opposite and a Cafe Nero across the road. Parking was very tight, so if you have a big vehicle be aware.

Glitzy but good

A great place to stay for a night or two. The room are a decent size and in good condition, If you can look past the trademark glitz. The entrance to my room (entrance 2)down dark, unlit, alleyways, or behind big rubbish bins, so be careful which you book! Overall great value and I’ll definitely be back

Lovely studio apartment with all the required amenities. Excellent location. Lots of pubs cafes and takeaways at walking distance. Pleasant and accommodating host. Upgraded us to a ground floor apartment when I told her I had injured my foot

Pleasant stay

Pleasant apartment close to city centre. Comfortable bed and feather pillows a nice touch. Also robes and slippers. Cleaning OK lots of chrome some a bit tarnished but that doesn't bother me. A fan was provided which was nessasary as it was a very humid night

Unthanks

Apart from the instructions on how to get in being back to front it’s all pretty straightforward. Couple of pubs close by which are nice and off-street parking is good although a bit tight.
