Great value for the price. Don’t expect a luxury condo, but you have everything you need and nothing you don’t. A clean tub/shower, clean beds, and plenty of space for at least 6 people. Complimentary lake activities included at the resort and other outdoor activities available that we did not take advantage of, but are free. Not to mention easy access to animal kingdom as well as other Disney parks.

The staff is very helpful and polite. The exterior is doesn't look like much but the rooms are absolutely some of the most comfortable, well equipped, immaculate, big and among the cleanest I have ever seen in all of my travels. Over the course of 40 year Business and personal travel staying with the big brand names in extended stay hotels and Airbnb type accommodations this hotel is, BY FAR, over and above all others. I am a world traveler many times over and this is hands down the best of its kind! Kudos to the entire team.

Our second time staying at Grand Lake Resort! We will be back. The only complaint we have is that the jets in the tubs are never clean and when trying to wash clothes this time, the washer almost caught on fire and I had to remove all my clothing.
