C’est un emplacement vraiment proche de la plage et des commerces et restaurants Ou nous avons l’habitude de venir mais nous avons subis 2 nuits le bruit des voisins jusqu’à des 3 voir 4 h du matin nous avons du quitté l’appartement pour louer un autre afin

Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, 20m zum Strand, seitlicher Meer/Starndblick und Blick auf den Teide. Nähe zum shopping und zum Supermarkt ist Top. Pool ist sehr schön, es herscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre in der gesamten Anlage. Gute Ausstattung im Appartement, schöne Terrasse, Bad und Küche sind modern und sauber. Leider ist das Apartment sehr Hellhörig, was schade ist, das wird aber in der kompletten Anlage der Fall sein und die aktuelle Matratze vom Doppelbett hat die besten Jahre hinter sich.. Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets da und Zielführend, sehr nett!

Da vi kom var svømningpool under ombygning. Det fik vi ikke oplyst. Møbler var noget slidt. Sovesofaer kun man ikke sove i og når man sad i den, fald man ned i midten. Vi fik lagt en ny madres på sovesofa, det var bedre, men stadig fald man i midten. Badeværelse døren kun ikke lukke. Den bliver lavet på 3 dagen, nu kun den næste lukkes. Kommer ikke igen

Wonderful location

Bright modern apartment with wonderful location right at the beach. Great terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs. We were 3 friends sharing but I think apartment more suitable for 2 people - it was classed as one bedroom and sofa bed but the one bedroom was not really a separate room more an area with 2 single beds and sliding doors - we did not close these as even with air conditioning it would have been too claustrophobic. Small well equipped kitchen (missed having a toaster)

Bei der Bestellung war kein Vermerk, dass ich Euro 55.- für die Reinigung bezahlen muss. Dies kam dann erst als die Bestätigung kam. Wenn ich das gesehen hätte, hätte ich das Zimmer für 2 Tage nicht gebucht. Es hatte keine Klimaanlage. Dafür stand die Klimaanlage von der Nachbarwohnung auf meinem Balkon. Sonst war das Zimmer ok aber und sauber. Der Pool ok.
