The hotel service was superb, especially the restaurant manager — the dining experience was excellent, the rooms were great. Everything was perfect.

The property worked perfectly for what my needs were on this portion of the trip. The staff, especially Sarah at the front desk, were wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They also helped arrange my hot air balloon experience over the Masai Mara and got me an improved rate from what I saw online.
