Clear instructions before check-in. Great location with a big terrace. Reasonably clean room but spacious. The guy at the reception is not friendly nor polite, he acted annoyed at both times I talked to him and even rolled his eyes when I came down to check out lol

Perfect location about 7 minutes walk from the station and less than 5 minutes walk to Canal Grande. Very easy to follow instructions on how to check in as it was after the manned reception hours. Great view from the balcony so you can relax, enjoy the weather and the views of the Adriatic. Would definitely stay here agin.

Easy entry in absence of reception notified in advance. Good central location. Clean room and good provision of towels. Comfortable bed. Facilities for cooking but no kettle and some difficulties with hob . No issue for us but reported to reception before departure.

We booked a 2-bed room. While there were two beds, they were next to each other and only one set of sheet. The apartment was great and spacious, but so.e of the utensils and plates were not super clean.

A few odd things about this place - having to take your rubbish with you is not a normal expectation, nor is staggering of electrical appliance to avoid overloading, nor are having hall lights that don’t work or a reception that’s only opened in the mornings Otherwise a pleasant clean and decent down town location

It is located 15 min walk from train/ bus station, check in “in person” works from 8:30am to 1:00pm. So keep an eye about the instructions to get your key, the room is huge and it is ok overall, you have to send your passport photo to WhatsApp number and pay local taxes. (Don’t forget to turn on with time the heater if you want hot water in the shower) .
