We got lock out with our groceries on day 2 and the host wanted our passports copies after we did the secured check in! Felt our personal information was force to be given to a person instead of the portal in order to get back in the apartment! Will never stayed there again!

Wi-Fi was good, gym was nice, I had great views of the mountains, but the trade off was a lot of traffic noise (definitely had to have quality earplugs (provided) every night.

The host gave me too much trouble to register my 17-year-old son. I got upset because I can hardly find the birth certificate 2) the apartment is not so clean , especially the bathroom has mold in the shower and the sink is disgusting! Otherwise, the location is fine,

Super stay, even if the pool and sauna was closed on Monday the only day I was there. Anyway I’ll book here again when I come back in Bogota because there is everything you need to relax and be comfortable before or after long travel. Very relaxing place in a big city.

The property was conveniently located, easy access to taxis service and only a 25 minute ride from airport without traffic. Amenities are great, pool, gym, etc are abundant. Kitchen in apartment was helpful but there was a cracked glass and broken cup. Walls displayed wear and tear but were fine. We hope to stay again…
