We had a fabulous time staying at this lodge. The appartement was spacious, comfortable, designed with taste and an attention to details. The location was excellent - just a short walk to the xmas market area, the front and also to the old town area. The apartment had all we needed and it was great to have a few each of washing and dishwasher tablets as well as shower gel and shampoo and coffee pods. The bed and bedding were all comfortable and the apartment was lovely and clean.

The Appartement was perfect for our stay. It was very quiet even though it is in the middle of Funchal. Everything you want to do id either in walking distance or easy accessible via bus. Cesar was incredibly helpful with everything and we will defensively come back.

Happily stay here again

Excellent location. Close to shops and restaurants. No steep climbs to get to property either. Taxis easily available 2 min walk. Only one downside was that check in wasn’t till 4pm. However, the management was happy for me to drop my luggage earlier so I could explore Funchal. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

The area was really nice, a few steps to the court house square and just minutes to the sea front, the new town and the old town. Couldnt ask for more.
