Chambre impeccable et personnel à l'écoute. Le seul "défaut " de cet hotel c'est qu'il n'y a quasiment rien autour pour passer un moment a se balader la journee ou en soirée apres les visites....après, toutes les principales activites et visites sont à assez courte distance en taxi. Dommage pour les sorties à pied autour de l'hôtel.

I have stayed at several Millennium group hotels around Dubai and to be honest I have never been disappointed with any of them. This was also a good experience. With I being a VIP hotel they upgraded my room Without me even having to ask which was appreciated. The room was clean and pleasant as were all the staff I came across. Only negative I can think of and this might be me just being precious was the wait time for the lifts. But overall would definately reccomen

Massive disappointment. More like a 3 star hotel

Massive disappointment. I wanted to move to another hotel but did not want to lose my money and I paid almost a 5 start hotel rate and got a 3 star experience. I checked in after 3, and the room wasnt even ready and had to wait 20 minutes. The lobby looked like a third world airport terminal , people everywhere and some are lying on the sofa sleeping with no footwear on. The room does not look like the photos, the window is not floor to ceiling and only half the size. The pillow was uncomfortable and got a sore neck when I left. Breakfast was terrible! Queues for everything and Premier Inn breakfast is better, fruit juices tasted like its made from powder or concentrate and really diluted. The restaurant was just a complete mess. I had 4 days of breakfast and only went once because it was so terrible The pool and pool area were so small. It was so crowded I didnt even get a chance to use it. The gym was so tiny and old, not even towels in there. It was a massive disappointment. I would have accepted it all and not moan if it was a 3 star hotel but I booked and paid for a 4 star hotel and it was not worth the price I paid.

5 nuit malheureusement pas terrible

Un hôtel pas à la hauteur….. J ai déclarer sur ma réservation 2 adultes et 2 enfant (6ans et 10ans) résultat j ai obtenu un seul lit d’appoint et j étais pas le seul d’autre client avait le même soucis. La chambre moyenne Je dirais pas un 4 étoiles Réception pas à la hauteur car j avais une réservation ou je devais payer sur place on m a dis que je serais prélevé plus tard on m a donner les clef puis on m à dis c est une erreur il faut payer maintenant,quand vous êtes fatigué vous avez pas envie de faire les aller retour je préfère régler tous sur place . Place au petit déjeuner c est bon mais tous les jour la même chose et pas beaucoup de variété dommage . Le dîner 5/10 aller manger à l extérieur car on vous propose des barbecue vous vous dites génial , et puis on vous dis que ce coter c est extra charge c est payant d ailleurs le mot extra charge vous allez l entendre souvent . Le 24 décembre au soir j avais mon dîner inclus avec la RESA on m a dis ce soir c est dinner special c est payent on vous décale pour le déjeuner à la place du dîner encore une fois pas à la hauteur. Et les boissons au début je demander ce que je voulais puis le 3 eme jour on m’a dis que c est payant seul l eau est gratuit un peut choqué. Et cerise sur le gâteau la douche il ne faut l’as dépasser les 20 mn car vous aurez l eau froide et il faut attendre de nouveau 20 mn pour obtenir l eau chaude le technicien quand il est venu il était gêner de m annoncer ça .

This property’s lobby looked amazing and the staff were all kind and helped out as soon as we needed. On the other note the apartment room was very dull not as clean as it could have been. We had asked for a crib and the crib was provided in a timely manner but the crib was not in best condition. The crib had dirty sheets covered by clean flat sheet which I was not very happy with. The crib was also dirty overall. We had called to remove the crib but no one answered. The hair dryer was not working and sticky and dirty. Washroom isn’t as great also. Overall our stay and experience wasn’t as great as we would have liked it. I would not recommend this place for families with children.

The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive.

Hôtel très bien propre, personnel à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner complet et varié café à grain... Plein de petits supermarchés à proximité. Restaurants pas chère direction la station de métro "internet city" pas loin du carrefour market. En gros très belle expérience à refaire sans hésitation. I stayed at this hotel for the second time recently, and it’s definitely my last. The rooms are pretty outdated. We were there for 18 days, and I had to call every single day just to get enough towels for the three of us—they only ever left two. Whenever I needed something, it took forever to get help, like at least a half hour wait every time. The valet parking was a hassle too. Both the room and the whole hotel just didn’t smell good. Plus, the pool was always too crowded to enjoy. Overall, not a great experience.
