Die Unterkunft liegt ideal zwischen Strand und Stadt. Sie ist ruhig und es sind gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Etwas veraltet ist das Badezimmer, vor allem der Duschvorhang ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Desweiteren ist es schwierig, eine gute Mischung zwischen kaltem und warmen Wasser hinzubekommen. Das Wasser wird außerdem extrem heiß. Ansonsten gibt es keine größeren Mängel, die Unterkunft ist weiterzuempfehlen.

We booked this accommodation because the beach service was included, BUT after paying we found out that this was not true. Unfortunately it was a non/refundable rate, so we could not cancel it.

Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen Würde das Appartement nicht noch mal nehmen Nur Neue renovierte Appartementments sind gut Staff und Service ist freundlich und gut Meiner Meinung nach wer nicht soviel Ansprüche hat Ist hier gut aufgehoben .

Sporadisch ausgestattet jedoch mit guter Lage hin zum Strand( 2 Minuten) und zur Stadt ebenso. Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig! Betten vor allem das Einzelbett in miserabler Qualität! Keine Klimaanlage für fue ersten fünf Tage. Dann läuft die Klimaanlage, gibts kein warmes Wasser. Eine Erlebniswohnung...Vor allem Stauraum fehlt und keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Kleinkinder haben ein Verletzungsrisiko im Lift.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, allerdings hat die Ferienwohnung niemals 50 qm, höchstens 30 qm. Service über das Hotel Regina war ok, auch die Ausstattung war in Ordnung (Gasherd, Mikrowelle, relativ großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Eisfach). Bei der Ankunft war die Gasflasche für den Herd leer, wurde am nächsten Werktag getauscht. Eines der zwei Klimageräte funktionierte nicht, wurde nach Reklamation aber direkt am nächsten Tag repariert. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, leider nur mit einem kleinen Tisch und ohne Sonnenschutz. Wir hatten zum Glück die Ostseite, so dass man es noch aushalten konnte, wenn man vor 8 Uhr frühstückt.
