Closed - Nobody there to check us in for paid room

Nobody was there at 8:30 even though the email says we can check in until 11 pm. Nobody answered the phone. Doors locked.

I checked in at 3 a.m. the man working said 11 a.m is check out and no later. We finally got to the room and it was a mess. The next morning i turned in the key to the office manager, explaining what happened and she made sure to give us a clean room free for the day from 11 am to 5 pm to make sure we got some rest. She was amazing and i greatly appreciated her effort.

I had to pay double for tus hotel, since I reserved for my husband but paid with my card they didn’t validate so I had to pay double. The service was bad and there was no water . My husband could not take a shower

It was disgusting. So bad that I decided not to stay there and look for another room else where... when I looked at the bed the sheets where dirty, the pillow cases dirty, I went to the office esto get clean ones. When he took me to the laundry room and pointed at the area where they supposed to have clean ones I saw a pillow case that had a stain of blood. As well as cockroaches. That’s when I had to leave. My aunt also told me she saw papers that where left over by someone else behind the night stand cause she had to move it plug the lamp in.

Don't stay here!!!

So disgusting....we found bugs in the bed. The guy checking us in did not believe we had paid for the room and gave us a hard time despite my showing him the receipt from hotels.co and the confirmation number. We just needed a quick place to rest on our long drive from Arizona to Washington and this provided anything but rest. Children playing in the dirty parking lot at 2am...drugs being sold by the fence at the edge of the hotel property....it was beyond horrible.

Not well maintained. Ice machine broken. Has roaches crawling around. Toilet clogs up. The sheets didn't even fit on the bed. The staff never came over to replace the sheets.

It's affordable, and you get what you pay for. The water fixtures (toilet and sink) leaked with use, and I found a small roach on my bed spread. But the room was otherwise just like the picture. I probably would choose another hotel next time. There are several on the same road.

A éviter à tout prix. Chambre dans un état déplorable. Ménage pas fait, lit sans drap et cafards dans le réfrigérateur sans parler des mauvaises odeurs. Nous avons été obligés de changer d'hôtel !!!! Par ailleurs, l'établissement est très mal fréquenté (drogués et filles de joie devant l'entrée de l'hôtel)

When arrived they didnt have the room i had booked. Offered a different room. Air conditioner broken, cockroaches in the fridge, sunken bed, smelled like smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Terrible service. Thankfully Expedia granted a refund!

Well first at check in i had to wait 2 hrs it was 1 oclock when i arrived then i had. No remote for t v no towels and the door to shower was off its hinges qnd the worst part was roaches everywhere it was disgusting

This was the most disgusting place I have ever walked into. I found 2 bugs in the bed, killed a cockroach climbing up the wall and found another on the night stand, all within 15 min. They gave us another room and as soon as I walked in dozens of roaches scattered. Needless to say we left, but before doing so I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, the guy said it would take a couple of days to show up on my bank statement. We shall see

The staff were very helpful but the room was not very clean and smelled when we arrived. we kept the doors open for a while which helped. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms in the early and late evening. This was not in the nicest part of town, but there was no indication about the neighbourhood on the listing.

For $50 a night, If you can handle cockroaches (4), soiled carpets, no blanket/sheets, broken drawers then this place is for you. I was cheap and learned my lesson.

Fine for the Price

Overall the room was clean. There were small beetle like bugs in the room, on the walls and we even found one on the pillow. For a fast, cheap over night it wasn't bad. The phone customer service was poor, as she hard to understand and never actually put me on hold while she dealt with other customers. Checking in took a long time and everything was done on a paper system.

Official coach ROACH motel!

Coach ROACH motel! Surprised it's on HOTELS.COM and has NOT YET BEEN SHUT DOWN! Reserved 4 rooms with friends and family. Infested with ROACHES in all 4 rooms! Old beds, sagging and slouching! Tube TVs, no microwaves as listed. WIFI weak or no signal most the time. Druggies and prostitutes at the street corners. NEVER WILL GO BACK!
