Great location just steps from the port and a short walk to Tsimiski and Aristotelous square. Ladadika area is just a couple of blocks away - plenty of coffee shops and great dining until late at night. Vibrant nightlife. The Suite was small but cozy, comfortable bed, standard accessories. Mined faced indoors but it was quiet. If you are there to explore the city and want a comfortable place to rest at night this is a great property!

A must stay!!

We had a wonderful stay Olvios Luxury Suites in Thessaloniki. The apartment was everything we needed. Modern, Comfortable, clean, and laundry facilities, which was great after two weeks of travel when clean clothes were required. The host was so lovely and helpful. I would definitely return if I find myself in Thessaloniki again. I totally recommend Olvios Luxury Suites. Oh and did I mention location…. Perfectly situated!

Our stay was 2 weeks Sept 2022. Apt 4/Galina. 2 room suite with full kitchen. Well conceived (lots of storage space) well furnished (perfect kitchen). The location, the restaurants, the food markets, the local "vibe" reminded us of our month in Paris. No car, everywhere is walkable and a taxi rank less than 100m from the entrance. Excellent housekeeping. Apt 1 and 2 have a street view, whereas Apt 3 and 4 face into a concrete airwell- the only view there is a large tree. ON THE OTHER HAND- you are completely walled off from street noise, and the well designed double-paned windows makes it suitable for the lightest and sleepers. The bed mattress is firm and comfortable. The couch is also comfortable, but the suite is best for 2 individuals, -folding out the couch occupies too much space. In short- the Olvios Suites are perfect for a lengthy stay ,for a couple who want to enjoy the vibrancy of Thessaloniki without going bankrupt. The staff we met were so friendly and helpful. One BAD item though- over a 14 days stay I had many problems with the Internet connection. 2 cellphones, 2 laptops. Same problem, every day, on 4 devices- 1 ISP connection They checked the router, there was no problem. Primary problem was 6-7 disconnect/hour, followed by a reconnect after 2 minutes with the Olvios ISP-provider. They need to either upgrade their account with COSMOTE or find a reliable ISP. OTHERWISE a 10 out of 10 experience!!

The apartment is really very nice! It is located perfectly for a city trip with everything you need almost in front of the door! In addition it is very clean, well equipped and very comfortable! Also the Communication regarding check-in was very good!

Beautiful modern apartments right in the centre

A beautiful apartment located very centrally in Thessaloniki. Ideal for the bars on the Paralia and a night out in Ladadika. Apparently they only opened in Oct 2019 so everything is very modern & new and the kitchen is well equipped (including a washing machine) - we were in the Gallini apartment. The entrance is a bit odd, an old office doorway that has no evidence of a hotel / apartment, Stelios met us there and took us up to the 2nd floor where there is a modern glass door, behind which are these 4 luxury apartments. I would highly recommend for a short stay in central Thessaloniki.
