The resort is very family friendly! Many parks, pools, so many activities! We had deer outside of our place daily it was great! The views were amazing. The only bad review is the cleanliness. I mean the walls were dirty, many cobwebs/dust. The floor needed a vacuum when we got there. A dead roach welcomed me when we walked into one of the rooms. They have a checkout checklist of things you need to do. I completely understand cleaning up after selves but it would be nice if the resort would make sure these villas are clean!

This was my family's first visit. We normally go to Poconos and decided to switch it up. What a great choice this was The villa was nice and spacious. It was clean upon arrival. Took some time for me to figure out the heat (a phone call to the front desk could of saved some). The property is beautifully maintained. My villa was close to all the amenities so that was a bonus. Although the water park was sold out we did get to enjoy the pools. Snow tubing was also sold out but the go karts was a great substitute. My babygirl loved it so much she has requested to change her birthday trip from Disney back to Massnutten.
