Very clean and spacious! The hotel's location is very convenient and a short 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station.

Best Area

It was really good. Room was clean and it was pretty quiet. There was a convenience store really close to the Hotel. And it's also really close to Nakajima Park. The Susukino area is just 5 min away from the hotel so it's much better than booking a hotel in a crowded area.

Tidy and clean! Equipped with small kitchen and washing machine with dryer. Not a luxury hotel, but you will get what you want. Highly recommended.

First time staying here at this hotel near Nakajimakoen (usually stayed in Odori) - and I am pleasantly surprised with the facilities, well equipped for a long stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, had a little kitchenette too, very convenient. It's located near the Nakajima Park, great for a little walk in the evening. Pretty quiet as well, slightly away from the bustle in Susukino, but still within walking reach. To the Management: Please don't change anything, keep the property and the rates "as is", - will come again.
