The place was ok but service sucks. I should get all my money back. No AC for 2 days no water for like 10 hours. No toilet paper no clean towels. I never went to such a horrible place. No answers back when you called the place. I want all my money back

Posizione ottima in un palazzo d’epoca di fronte alla stazione di Torino Porta Nuova. Tra la stazione e l’hotel c’è un parco che rende la posizione molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Nella zona ci sono anche molti bar e negozi. Camera moderna, con cucina, insonorizzata. Posizione comodissima per visitare il centro e i principali monumenti a piedi.

Ottima sistemazione a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria, parcheggio a pagamento sotto la struttura decisamente caro, torneremo sicuramente ma in treno. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiave dell'appartamento prontamente sostituita con una funzionante. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, e ricco kit di benvenuto con cialde caffè e occorrente per lavaggio stoviglie, l'unica cosa da segnalare temperatura elevata, non siamo riusciti a regolarla
