Peeping Tom

Amazing experience at this place! Something went wrong with our reservation but the staff was super friendly and helpful and sorted it all out for us! Great accommodation, cozy and fun, has everything you need! We especially loved the platform bedspace with window to the bathroom, but that might not be for everyone. (especially if you're set on your privacy) We, however, did have a lot of fun with it! We'll definitely be coming back!

awful experience - 28° in the room and no AC

in 2022 it is not possible that an hotel with THAT price has a room without air conditioned. i had 28 degrees in my room and there was a disposable ventilator which was only noisy

Wir haben zwei Nächte gehabt, es war super. Sehr gute Lage, Stadt nah und ein super Service. Die Hotline war jederzeit erreichbar und ein kurzfristiges nachbuchen des Parkplatz über selbiges ging ohne Probleme. Der Check in war ungewöhnlich aber intuitiv und selbst erklärend. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Apartmenthotel macht von außen einen ordentlichen Eindruck, und auch der Check-in verlief problemlos. Der Eingangsbereich ist hell und freundlich, danach wird es jedoch deutlich dunkler: Sowohl der Bereich am Aufzug als auch der Flur im dritten Obergeschoss sind sehr dunkel. Auch im Zimmer setzt sich dieses dunkle Design mit Wänden und Möbeln fort, was ich persönlich als zu düster empfand. Sobald das Verdunklungsrollo heruntergelassen war, wirkte das Zimmer fast wie eine Dunkelkammer. Positiv war, dass eine Küche sowie ein Kühlschrank vorhanden waren. Gleichzeitig hätte ich mir einen Geschirrspüler gewünscht, da ich mir bei dem Geschirr unsicher war. Außerdem gab es zwar viele Lichtschalter, aber nur wenige Steckdosen, was gerade für Laptop oder andere Geräte unpraktisch ist. Die Matratze war mir zudem deutlich zu weich. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gab es Verbesserungsbedarf, da der Boden schon nach zwei Tagen staubig wirkte. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nur bis 22 Grad regulieren, was im Sommer nicht ideal ist. Zusätzlich roch das Zimmer etwas muffig und könnte besser belüftet werden. Im Badezimmer sollte man ein Handtuch vor die Dusche legen, da sonst schnell Wasser im gesamten Bad steht, weil ein Bodenabfluss fehlt. Für knapp 90 Euro pro Nacht hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel eher stilvoll als wirklich durchdacht. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal vermutlich ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und für den Anlass eines kurzen Aufenthalts perfekt geeignet. Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Erdgeschoss Snacks und Getränke zu kaufen. Leider ist die Umgebung des Bahnhofs nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Auf dem Parkplatz wurden sehr offen Drogen konsumiert. Auch muss erwähnt werden, das viele wohnungslose Personen sich am Bahnhof aufhalten und sehr aggressiv betteln.

Sehr gut!

Sehr gut, hat alles prima geklappt. Ungewohnt aufgrund der komplett digitalen Abwicklung, aber das ist wohl die Zukunft im Hotelgewerbe. Die Zimmer sind fancy und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Jederzeit wieder!

Witziges Konzept, gute Umsetzung. Wer kein Personal braucht und damit leben kann, dass man in der Bäckerei (quasi im Haus) frühstückt, ist hier gut bedient.

Das Stayery in Bielefeld ist meist meine erste Wahl wenn ich in der Nähe bin, umkompliziert, keine Interaktion, gute Zimmer, mit richtigem Kühschrank, Spühlmaschine und Platz. Die Lage ist optimal in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der City. Sauberkeit ist wie erwartet.

Top Hotel schlechtes Management

Tolle Anlage. Aber die Kommunikation war katastrophal. Mit Infos die man nicht braucht wird man per WhatsApp genervt. Parkplatz kann man buchen ist aber keiner verfügbar und Frühstück?!? Bis die Info hat wollte man schon beim Kunden sein.
