Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners.

No hotel or reception sign

The building where the hotel is located is a mixed business housing building and when I arrived at midnight there was no sign of the hotel nor any guidance to find reception. I managed to find two another receptions of which there was one night guard in one of them. He then called the hotel reception and showed me the way there. The hotel reception is hidden on the 2nd floor. It was not at all logical to find the room, but when finally in the room, it was quite good. The breakfast was good too.

Probably the worst customer service in Jakarta

One of the worst customer service hotel in Indonesia. I arrived hotel at 12am and it was closed , none at the reception and no instruction si given anywhere. I had to make some calls so that someone from mamagement call the receptionist who was probably sleeping to come and see me. The rooms are super small and housekeeping wont provide an additional towel if u request. No hairdrier provided.

Personnel attentionné, souriant. Chambre propre et climatisée, lit confortable. Piscine nickel. Petit déjeuner continental varié. Restaurant de l'hôtel ouvert 24h/24 tout comme la réception Bémol : aire de jeux pour enfants en maintenance
