Funky concrete pad from which to explore Shinjuku

I love the concrete design and practical setup. Everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay, the first of our Japan trip, convenient and quiet location. Great wifi and iron available when needed. Bed was very comfortable too.

The location is good but the basin in the bathrooms are very tiny and very weirdly placed. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen.

It's a beautiful, clean, cozy apartment for your home base while exploring Tokyo. It's modern and has all the amenities for a family to use. It's accommodated all 5 of us comfily. Having a clothes washer was a big plus. Just needed some closet space for clothes.

Really nice wee apartment (triple room). A bit snug but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. Washing machine was handy as was the bathroom drying set up. This was the best of the four places we stayed in Japan. I’d deffo recommend and return.

Loved the apartment and the location.

The apartment was perfect for me and my two teenagers. We stayed there for seven days in July/August. The apartment is really nice, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great. It is close to a subway station (Shin-Ōkubo), just a few minutes walk. Shinjuku Station is a big station only one stop away (there they have a JR Travel Service Senter). It’s a nice and quiet neighbourhood, and shopping streets and restaurants are nearby. I would absolutely like to stay there again. Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment.

We loved the room and the location was excellent. When we got out of the station, the street was full of people and it felt loud and a little too busy, but as we turned down the little street to get to the room, it was quiet and calm. Being so close to the subway was awesome and the room is still quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and having the ability to do our laundry was a big help.

Great shower, but unusable sink in the bathroom -tiny and placed behind the toilet. The washing machine in the bathroom takes up precious space -not sure how many short-term tourists would use a washing machine! Nonetheless, fantastic location and very comfortable beds.
