The apartments were in a really nice neighborhood in Madrid! The staff was extremely helpful. Our flight was changed to a day later and the staff worked to let us stay in the same room for an extra night so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Even though they are not always at the desk as you would get from a hotel, they are responsive to messages. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Place was clean and roomy for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was in a good location. Only complaint was that we were on street side one level below street so we could hear people walking and talking late and the trash being picked up every night.

Booked via Hotel.com which presented this apartment as a "service apartment" with daily services with limited front desk service; but we only seen the front desk lady on the first day. The front desk lady informed us that service will cost 55 Euro each time. We need to do on-line check-in ( not in personal check-in). We stayed 4 nights, each of us with only 1 set of towel . We are required to remove all trash when we check-out. There are much discrepancies with the description posted on Hotel.com There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Our unit is at the basement, each night can hear the noise when the garbage pickup removal . Location very close to the metro station and a supermarket.

Concierge service before our trip was excellent as we had an unexpected injury to a family member. The place is small but more than enough for a family of 4 and within proximity to everything.

Location is great. It is very clean and has everything you need. However, the shower leaked so much it was difficult to keep up when 3 people needed to shower and toaster did not work. I contacted management and nothing was done. Overall it was good.
