Clean, spacious and bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. We had the family room so there was a dining table and my daughter enjoyed sleeping on the top bunk bed. Location was great, 2 mins walk from TCAT and Suitengumae station on Hanzomon line. Also about 8-10 mins from Ningyocho on Hibiya and Asakusa lines

The place is clean, staff are very attentive, very close to train station, convenience store and thereโ€™s a bus limousine service going to Haneda and Narita. So if you have a lot of luggages you donโ€™t need to take train dragging your luggages. Bus limousine staff are very efficient and handles your luggage with care. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Tokyo in the future

Loved how spacious the rooms were, convenience of kitchenette and laundry machine in room, and walkability of most public transport. Short distance from TCAT station is convenient for anyone taking the limousine bus to/from either airport. Front desk is manned most of 24 hours with good people. Hotel also held our luggage for free up to 24hrs. This hotel was the "central hub" from which we traveled all over Tokyo.
