This is a beautiful property and the room was spotless. Housekeeping came quickly when needed. When leaving I ran into the property manager, I believe his name was Matt, who was just as friendly as housekeeping. Street parking was easy to find and cheap (free overnight).

The Present is a neighborhood boutique hotel, each room is unique in style and decor. First floor rooms and those reached only by steps are an option. Wonderful coffee service area on the second floor. In an historic building so it has those touches, clawfoot tubs, wonderfully creaky floors and large windows. The management is very responsive for any any concerns. Walkable to many restaurants and squares around Savannah.

The property has recently been renovated with new and updated bathrooms. The bed and matress were very comfortable. What an incredibly adorable place and room. It was comfy, cozy and wonderful. Great bed and shower! My husband and I enjoyed this place immensely! You can walk around to everything and the trees, homes and places are fantastic and fabulous.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend it highly to anyone coming to Savannah. Location is great about a 7 minute walk to River Street. The room was modernized, rustic clean bathroom beds were comfortable. I’m very spacious at a California king. Will definitely stay here again or sure.
