Overall, a very comfortable place to stay in Nuuk. Everything you'd need in the kitchen. Shower is nice. TV works great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good. The art museum next door is worth a visit.

The place is nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We truely enjoyed our stay! We have booked additional 2 nights of stay but due to last minute flight cancellation, we were not able to cancel in time and were only able to get partial refund, which is according to booking policy. However, the hotel is so nice to provide full refund after we wrote in. Really appreciate it! As a side note, we did check with Expedia (since we booked via Expedia), but was denied full refund.

Do not stay there. No views and it close to harbor. The experience was very disappointing. We expected much better accommodations from photos on Expedia. Not at all enjoyable. Just clean.

Excellent hotel

This was a fantastic place to stay. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the room and bed was very comfortable. The closet space was also plentiful. The WiFi was very stable and fast and easily handled video calls. The restaurant downstairs served great dinners and had very friendly staff.

I liked their service it’s 24/7 and reception is very helpful to find taxi at anytime. Also unlike Iceland it’s reasonable price and friendly intimate atmosphere. Room is spacious with kitchen and property features a fabulous restaurant. I will be back here again.
