館内、室内はとても綺麗でした。

幼い子ども２人を含む４人で利用しました。ホテル内はとても綺麗でしたが、ボディーソープのポンプ部分が汚れていたのだけが少し気になりました。あと空調が全館一括管理ということでした。部屋の中が少し暑く温度を下げたかったのですが、暖房しか作動せず、幼い子がいたので窓は開けたくなかったのですが、窓を開けるしかなかったのが残念でした。体感温度は個々に違うと思うので、部屋ごとに冷房暖房を切り替えれたらよかったなと感じました。

家族で利用しました。とてもリーズナブルだっので選びました。民泊を利用するの初めてだったので不安でしたが畳だったこともありホッとできました。民泊になっているアパート以外は住んでいるかだがおられます。(敷地が同じところに4棟その内3棟が賃貸かなぁと思います) そこは気にならなかったのですが、お住まいのお子さん達5.6人が駐車場で遊んでおり私は傘を持った子に駐車場入口を通せんぼされました。同じく配達の車も出入りのたびにされていました。また停める際も怖いのでゆっくり何度も確認しながらバックしたところ急に車の後ろに回り込んできたりとヒヤッとすることが沢山ありました。オーナーさんに電話をしたところ相手方に連絡をしてくださいましたが怖かったですね私たちがよそ物なので遊ばせないでとは言いませんが気をつけた方がいいかもしれません。

値段がとても安いことと、お部屋はマンションの一室を借りたようで広さは十分でした！冷房が和室に一台しかないので、夏の暑い時期は全体の部屋を涼しくするのは難しく暑かったです。。電化製品はコスパ休めの物で、タオルは使い古した感が…おばあちゃんちに来た感覚でした笑。到着時、どうしたら良いかわからず電話をしても出なかったので不安でしたが、折り返しで連絡がきました。コスパ重視の方には良いと思います！
