Located in good area, house nice and spacious pool clean. The one problem was the noise at night time children running around till gone 2am and people talking till 4am no security or respect to be quiet after 12am so was not a restful place

I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either.

Ich hatte dem Hotel schon vor der Reise eine E-Mail geschrieben. Wir haben um 18:30 Uhr eingecheckt. Eine ältere Dame spricht Deutsch. Zimmer, Küche und Toilette waren sauber. Das Sofa kann man zu einem Doppelbett umbauen. Das Bett war ohne Spannbettlaken und ohne Bettdeckenbezug. Darauf wurde aber bereits in der Hotelbeschreibung hingewiesen, deshalb haben wir unsere eigenen Sachen mitgebracht. Die Matratzen hatten leichte Flecken. Meine Frau war darüber nicht erfreut, aber nachdem wir Spannbettlaken und Bettbezüge benutzt hatten, war sie beruhigt :) Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Wir waren zufrieden und haben 6 Tage dort verbracht. In dieser Zeit waren wir in den Bergdörfern Eus und Castelnou, einen Tag in Collioure, mehrmals an den Stränden und einen Tag in Barcelona. Wenn Sie zu einer Bäckerei möchten, empfehle ich „Atelier Banette“ sowie zum Einkaufen „Intermarché“.

Parking non sécurisé car barrières en panne donc ouvert à tout vent et parking non fermé. Caution élevée vu l'état général de l'appartement : table abimée, ampoule grillée au niveau du lit, ampoule manquante dans la hotte donc coin cuisine très sombre, lit gigogne donc inconfortable, produits courants quasiment inexistants

Die ganze Anlage ist alt und in die Jahre gekommen, keine Sonnenschirme, am Pool ist nichts vorhanden und diese Schwanenhälse aus dem Wasser fliesst, die man so schön auf den Fotos sieht, laufen nicht. Vom Parkplatz, der offen zugänglich ist, bis zum Zimmer, ist doch noch eine weite Distanz. Das WC ist im Obergeschoss aber zum Hände waschen muss man ins Erdgeschoss gehen, die Unterkunft ist sehr eng. Die Animationen finden nur begrenzt statt und dienen eher als Werbetrick. Der Preis ist hoch, man muss die Betten selbst beziehen und 28Euro pro Person bezahlen für die Bettwäsche und die Reinigung kostet zwischen 120-200Euro. Auch wenn es explizit im Inserat auf Ebookers/Hotels.com als inklusive erwähnt ist müsst ihr dafür aufkommen, da hilft euch niemand von den Plattformen, da kommt man sich so verarscht vor. Rechnet man das auf den Preis darauf, dann wird es ein sehr teurer Aufenthalt. Nächstes Mal gehen wir lieber in ein Hotel, kommt sogar billiger.

Riktigt bra holiday ställe!

Fint ställe! Vi hade en bra semester. Finns mycket aktiviteter på området. Personalen är helt fantastiskt underbar och så förstående för sina gäster och var alltid till förfogande med leende på läpparna. Aktiviteter erbjuds. Det kan finnas lokala regler på boendet som man kan fråga efter om man vill veta innan man kommer fram, för att förbereda sig själv extra. Smidigt med parkering, havet nära. Stort poolområde. Snackbar, frukost och mycket annat för att göra vistelsen smidig. Staden/samhället är mycket pittoreskt och vi gjorde många turer i området. Havet är nära (bil krävs) och stranden med närhet till mat, dryck, butiker och livlighet passade utmärkt.

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé Lit bébé disponible gratuitement Petit kit de bienvenue L’appartement est propre mais on voit qu’il n’est pas tout neuf (meuble salle de bain abîmé, meuble TV abîmé) Résidence propre, calme est très agréable Le seul bémol à mon goût : 12€ par jour par animal je trouve ça aberrant de payer aussi cher.

Heureusement que le personnel est bienveillant et accueillant car le descriptif ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité. Literie de qualité médiocre, isolation inexistante, pas de petit déjeuner en salle, seulement un plateau par personne avec du café et du chocolat soluble à diluer avec de l’eau!! Une viennoiserie par personne et une demi baguette avec un jus d’orange en bouteille, le tout facturé 10€ par personne !!! (Enfant ou adulte) Nous ne reviendrons pas
