This place was so bad that I had to move out.

This place was so bad that I had to move out the next day. This place is no longer what's shown in the pictures. Old facility, loud air conditioner, old bathroom, poor decoration, old smelling room. Defenitelly not up to standard for a 3 star hotel. I would rate this hotel a two star or less.

I spent a week there and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful even with someone who spoke little Spanish. If you are looking for a great little hotel this is definitely a place you should stay. Amazing restaurants within walking distance and very close to some amazing attractions.

Mala experiencia y mal hotel. Atención pésima.

Es un hotel muy malo y la atención pésima. Si bien es low cost, creo que ya exageran con el mal estado de los baños y la falta de ducha caliente. Es la primera vez que me pasa con un hotel que no dispone de agua caliente. No volveré a este ni ningún otro hotel de la cadena.

Terrible and disgusting

Where should I start. I was switch from three rooms within the first hour. The first room had water all over the floor there is no AC and the fan was not working. The second room there was no Wi-Fi connection and the third room and there the poop stain over the toilet seat and mold over the sink. The rooms are facing the street so it get very noisy from are 5am to 1am. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have to spend a little more money to stay somewhere better I would recommend it this place is a disaster.

Es un hotel ubicado en una zona no muy buena con mucha gente de calle en sus alrededores .y que no da seguridad para salir o llegar tarde. Ademas las habitaciones no son tan agradables y nada comodas. Al llegar el primer dia me asignaron una habitacion con una cama tan dura que llegue a pensar que no tenia colchon . pedi que me cambiaran la habitación y sin problema lo realizaron pero sin envargo es un hotel de paso en el que no te sientes seguro. Un desayuno aceptable pero sin mucho de donde elegir. Los empleados atentos y serviciales pero en general no me volveria a alojar allí.

old and expensive

For the price I was very disappointed with this place , the bed was down right uncomfortable , and every thing is old and much should be replaced . I moved to the hotel in front of this one , Imperial , and was much happier , the price there was about the same .

The water was not hot, I did have a hot shower one day after asking for it but then I could not control the temperature, it was either hot or cold. I was there 10 days and only wanted to use the TV one time -- there were only 5 channels and the reception was terrible. I was told it had been fixed and that they would send someone to check; that someone never arrived.
