I stayed in a double bedroom for 3 nights and absolutely loved the place! Has the most amazing views all around, the rooms are very cleaned and comfortable and the pool is great! If I have the chance to come back to isola d’Elba I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The setting is peaceful and picturesque, the hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the staff are simply lovely. The reception team greeted us with genuine warmth and helpfulness, and the breakfast staff were a joy — always smiling, accommodating, and full of positive energy. The location is serene, with stunning tennis courts and what might be the most incredible pool we’ve ever swum in — large, crystal clear, and perfectly warm. Everything we needed was right on hand: a great bar, a delicious restaurant, and plenty of space to relax. Highlights included the freshly made pasta, pizza, salads, and desserts — all absolutely delicious. And the breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade banana bread! If we could offer one small piece of advice, it would be to share more photographs on social media to showcase just how special this place is — the marvellous staff, the food, the facilities, and the tranquil setting. That said, part of us wants to keep this gem a secret! Highly recommended — we can’t wait to return.

La struttura in se e per sè è molto bella,gli appartamenti però andrebbero un po’ rimodernati…imposte che fanno fatica a chiudersi così come la porta di ingresso…ma soprattutto il grande problema è la mancanza di aria condizionata. In una struttura del genere che ha un costo anche elevato avere solo un ventilatore a pale non è decisamente accettabile perché l’appartamento si arroventa tenendolo chiuso durante il giorno dato che si va al mare e il ventilatore non ha nessun effetto.anche la notte quindi si fa fatica a dormire.tutti i servizi (piscina,tennis,ristorante,colazione) non sono inclusi nel prezzo e sono abbastanza cari.sarebbe un po’ tutto da rivedere perché il potenziale c’è.

Fantastiska vyer läge nära till stranden dock ganska svårt att ta sig dit om man inte har bil - men taxi var lätt att hitta på Elba. Rummen var fräscha och vackra, hela området kändes som ett paradis med vacker natur, grönska och gullig restaurang. Poolen var också väldigt fräsch och erbjöd en underbar utsikt mot berg och kullar. Jag ser fram emot att komma tillbaka och stanna en längre tid.

Unterkunft und Ausstattung waren in Ordnung. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was an heißen Tagen und Nächten ein Problem sein kann. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage Nähe der Wohnung war super! Was uns sehr geärgert hat: Für die Nutzung des Pools muss pro Person und pro Woche zusätzlich ein Betrag von € 30,00 bezahlt werden. Für uns als Familie kam dann gleich ein ordentlicher Betrag dazu! Wir fanden das sehr unverschämt, zumal es eine lange Liste an Regeln/Verboten gibt, die der Bademeister überwacht. Besonders schlimm war für die Kinder, dass weder Ballspielen noch Reinspringen erlaubt war. Im Prinzip darf man nur leise seine Bahnen schwimmen, mit Bademütze, und bloß keinen Spaß haben. Unserer Meinung nach eher für Kinderlose und Rentner geeignet, als für Familien. Echt total schade! Wir würden allein aus diesem Grund nicht nochmal dorthin fahren.

Hotellets omgivningar är fantastiskt vackra. Grönt och blomstrande. Man går runt och bara njuter. Poolen kostar extra och badmössa krävs när man badar. Nära till bra strand med lagom med folk…bra plats både för de som endast vill ligga på stranden utan att betala för solsäng och parasoll. Badvänligt! Själva boendet väldigt slitet och dåligt ventilation i badrum när man duschat. Men om man ser förbi det så tyckte vi väldigt bra om det.

Die Fotos der Unterkunft zeigen leider nicht den realen Zustand. Unser Apartment war nicht sauber, Besteck war dreckig und das Licht auf der Terrasse war kaputt (Erfreulicherweise am selben Tag nach unserer Reklamation repariert). Die Badewanne war alt und schmutzig, der Wäscheständer im Bad war verrostet, die Tür knallte auf das Bidet (zu wenig Platz?), die Schubladen in den Schränken sind nach jahrelangen Gebrauch teilweise kaputt und fallen zusammen. Die Küche besteht nur aus einer Kochplatte, einem alten Kühlschrank und einer italienischen Mokka Maschine. Also man würde für das Geld noch mindestens einen Wasserkocher und eine Spülmaschine erwarten. Leider auch keine Klimaanlage, was uns bewusst war, aber wir haben es danach bereut ein Apartment ohne Klimaanlage gebucht zu haben. Das einzige Highlight war die Terrasse mit ausreichend Platz für ein Esstisch und zwei Wäscheständer. Es wäre nicht schlecht auf der Terrasse einen Sonnenschirm zu haben. Die ganze Ferienanlage bzw. die Position hat uns gut gefallen. 400 m zum Strand und zum kleinen Dorf. Geeignet für Familien, ruhig, große grüne Fläche, einmal die Woche gibt es Musik vor dem Restaurant.

Schöne Anlage.Ruhig.Grosser Pool mit genügend Liegen. Etwas viele Regeln (Neu braucht es im Pool Badekappen und muss man pro Woche dafür bezahlen).Wohnung ist in Ordnung> einfach eingerichtet.Bad müsste wieder einmal saniert werden.Alles in Allem: Empfehlenswert und eine Anlage zum Erholen.
