The room was fine for a night. It was a little run down and the battery was removed from the smoke alarm. The sink was stopped up and debris in the sink. I asked about it and they said that a maintenance person could take care of it in the morning. My kids wanted to swim in the pool but couldn’t because there was a layer of dirt and mud on the bottom. The area was quiet and we did get a decent nights sleep.

Never again, but exactly what you expect
Honestly it’s pretty much what you expect for a days inn, the woman at the front desk was very sweet but I believe it was her son was kinda rude. I also didn’t know there was a cemetery right on the other side of the wall of our room. We sanitized the whole room ourselves, we also had to take the shower curtain off because it was covered in mold and smelt like pee. I wouldn’t personally ever stay here again. But I didn’t expect anything more to be honest

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Black mold on ceiling
I found a wad of black hair when I pulled back the sheets. The bathroom has black mold on the roof and was ready to cave in.
Check-in staff (middle-aged lady) was unusually non-communicative and impersonal. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
In-room coffee cups and stir stick were not sealed.
Stairway and 2nd floor landing was badly liquid stained...and in need of a good power wash.
Noise from Hwy 101...too close.
Included free breakfast was very limited,..as verified by a sign on the counter.
This was adequate for what we needed. We stopped here for about 10 hours while driving through. It is right off the freeway and close to a starbucks :) The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were clean. However, the area is not very nice (I was informed of this by family after I told them I stayed here). We could hear every step from the upstairs neighbor. But the room had all the basics, just wasn't anything nice. I was glad we weren't staying long.
Room was super dated. Curtains were all moth eaten and old. There was a huge water leak in our bathroom from the second floor bathroom and was leaking and had tons of mold. Renovation is desperately needed immediately.
Pretty high guest rating for this property but I would rate this more as a 4 or 5. Rooms are okay but not exactly sparkling clean. Other than it is close to the freeway I can’t say anything else good about this property.
I booked this en route, was disappointed and would not stay at this hotel again. The front door and unit walls let in significant road noise from Hwy 101 and the fronting st. Disrupting sleep. The room smelled badly, possibly prior underlying smoking and generally was in poor condition. Our "grab and go breakfast" was the very last remaining mini muffins despite still being in the time frame, no more food was put out The majority of hotel was booked with construction crews that absorbed most of the parking and our neighbors were initially loud in the evening. I paid more than this hotel experience was worth for sure.
The room was ok but definitely not like the photos show. There are stains on the walls as well as dirty doors and shotty, old, dirty fixtures. The coffee maker looks stained like it hasn’t been washed. Overall, not great for the value.
