Good overall. The staff is very kind and welcoming. There is a laundry self-service in the hotel, which is very practical for long stays. There was no room service for the length of my stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget.

A nice appartement hotel, in a wonderful spot if you want to visit the old town. The reception team is wonderful. The hotel is aging; Some maintenance is in order. The acces to the garage is very difficult, especially for midsize cars and bigger.

It was great to have a small kitchen and all the rooms have a balcony. Best of all they happily accomodated our bikes in secure storage that was also easily accessible. Staff was friendly and the optional breakfast was good

Location directly at a tram stop is excellent. But it is easybwalking to the old town and the train station Room could do with a coat of paint but ovetall comfortable stay. The kitchenette is a great feature.

Im very fond of the citadines,however my last stay i had an appartement on the third floor and i was very dissapointed,could'nt get a decent sleep because of mosquitoes they were in all the two rooms in the appartement and because the water wasnt running i couldnt get a bath untill the evening.
