It’s a nice place to stay for families. The kitchen is not fully equipped and other amenities are just okay. Parking is great since it’s free and it’s close to everything.

Second time coming back and could’ve have been happier! Location is convenient, parking is free, great amenities and friendly people! The staff by far were the most helpful in accommodating and answering any questions. The room itself was amazing with a dining room and kitchen which was convenient to have to cook for some breakfast! 10/10 will definitely come back AGAIN!

Room was nice. But the building is old and smelly. Pool is nice. I’m glad there was laundry and a kitchen. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Beach about 3 blocks away. Parking is very tight. Don’t get a big car.

I just wanted to say the room was perfect for my short stay there . Very clean, spacious although I was told there was construction going on they did not affect or disturbed my stay… I do appreciate the on-site parking, which makes it extremely convenient. I would definitely stay there again much Mahalo.

Clean room. Nice lanai - we were able to see the ocean, part of Diamond Head, and some of the mountain. We enjoyed the pool as it was warm! The Royal Kuhio is centrally located so we were able to walk to Waikiki. We drove out of Honolulu every day to explore so coming back to a (free) parking spot was so nice.

Rooms where clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and toiletries for our one week stay. Room we had had all the cooking supplies we needed ie pan, pots, toaster ect which saved us big time on food. Local target and ABC stores nearby. Check in was easy, just went up to the security to get our key after hours then the following morning when the main office was open we exchanged our keys. Parking was at the very top but the fact this place had free parking included was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Good spot in center of Waikiki. Room was cleaned. Good customer service at front desk. Free parking was the best, but going up 6 levels was a little bit of a pain. Lots of food options and shopping around. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Easy access around Waikiki.

We loved that the room/condo was central located to walk everywhere. But we rented a car and had free parking in the garage as well. Smooth check-in. They let us check in early which was nice and quick as well. If you have a car make a stop at Walmart for groceries, it was nice to make our own meals at times in our room. Or take picnic lunches to go. Definitely check out Donut King down the street, the nicest people and amazing donuts until 9 pm. I am in love with their cro-nuts (croissant donuts). We loved our stay at the Royal Kuhio. Even did our laundry before heading home.

The room was clean and as expected. The view was pretty and the pool area was really nice. The reason we booked here is they include free parking which was great. A short walk to the beach and so many places to eat and shop close by. Our family of 4 really enjoyed it.
