Great stay at 130 Queen’s Gate Apartments. The staff was polite and helpful, and the room was oversized and very comfortable. The apartment had a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and large refrigerator, plus a combo washer dryer. Wonderful place.

The hotel was clean and when I asked for a better mattress, the hotel staff accommodated with amending the bed so it was very comfortable to sleep. The coffee pods were limited for a couple that need at least 2 cups of coffee to start the day but the hotel staff were generous providing more when asked. Housekeeping was 3 times a week but they refreshed the towels daily.
The location of the hotel was perfect between 2 tubs stations. We will be staying here again.

The apartment was clean and cosy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient to get to the South Kensington tube and was walkable to several grocery shops. It was also useful that the apartment had fast laundry and dry-cleaning facilities.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice, very clean. We enjoyed the private patio. The establishment was very close to bus station/tube and walking distance to Kensington and Buckingham palaces. They were very accommodating and attended to our needs and requests.
