The check-in process is all through a kiosk and somewhat cumbersome. After 12:00 noon someone is available to help with checking in. The rooms are somewhat stark, no decorations on the walls. The biggest problem is the air conditioning. The entire building kids either air conditioning or heading. We were visiting in late October and the building manager had changed the hvac to heading. In a communication with the manager I was told the change had been made because it was winter! Well, the temperature in Barcelona was more like late summer and the rooms were uncomfortably hot! So beware that a comfortable room temperature in the fall and spring may not be possible. The location was very good for access to where our relatives lived, but we will never stay at this place again.

Pretty much everything. It’s an apartment, not a regular hotel. You’ve got to do your laundry yourself, trash dirt etc But for cleanliness, I’ll definitely give it to them.

Nice safe area. 40 dollars in a cab from the airport. Walk to tram. One hour from downtown. Guy in reception very helpful and gave great directions. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. Housekeeping every 6 days. It’s not a hotel. Would go back. Enjoyable stay.

This was easily accessible on public transport. There was a gym on site which was well equipped. A small outdoor pool which was clean. Opening hours of pool were bit limited but it did mean that it was quiet early morning and late evening. Apartment was a great size. Kitchenette was adequate. Room was cleaned. Staff spoke English to resolve any issues. Check in is self serviced which was very complicated and Expedia booking number doesn't match hotels so process was very long in a small hot area. Staff were very helpful and helped people when they couldn't manage it, but this was a long process Booking in aside, it's a clean well sized apart-hotel and I was pleased.

Contactless check-in, spotless and spacious room with a view, friendly staff and conveniently located for access to the airport. Free parking is also available in the blue bays on the opposite side of the road on the weekends.

The room was not cleaned well upon arrival. Towels were not changed regularly Bed sheets were not changed during the whole stay (1 week) Found hair inside the bed upon arrival Reception were not reachable most of the time Staff don’t speak English, difficult to communicate Light in the bathroom was burnt The hairdryer was not working Remote control was out of battery Shower water was spread in the corridor and living room Internet connection was very poor Kitchen supplies were dirty
