I absolutely love this place! Staying in the Palafitos was an incredible experience, being right on the water offered breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. It’s so peaceful and family-friendly. I also loved the pool, especially since it’s oceanfront. In the past, I’ve stayed in the apartments, which also have lovely views and all the amenities you could need. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The over the water cabin was everything I expected and more; the flowers and balloons arrangements were awesome; property is perfect for a couple's escapade . The only downside is the water situation (which I understand is outside the control of the hotel)

We had the room on the water, the balcony were we were was the highlight. room was so so no hot water, shuts off 10 pm to 6am. didn't go in main building or pool. restaurant very basic, staff tries, but not trained to western standards, always have to repeat order and they still got it wrong usually. 2 choices for breakfast, American or Columbian, bacon or sausage. Prices very reasonable, strong us dollar. extremely isolated, nothing close at all. it was ok for us, but just ok

Pretty pool, but can only be used for meditation because it is so secluded that you will be far away of everything. Taxi (yellow) drivers charge an excessive tariff to bring you from arranquilla and no regulation from transportation authority. Electricity is disconnected by government every day. No way to have any kind of diversion or fun at all.

Necesita mantenimiento las casas en el agua. El restaurante cierra muy temprano solo es la opcion para comer,no tiene recreacion nocturna y los de recepcion se van en la noche. De resto tranquilo ,limpio ,la comida ok y gente amable.

La limpieza y orden del lugar no la hicieron a diario y encontré muchas cucharadas en el lugar, nunca llegó el equipo de mantenimiento para hacer control de plagas, la conexión a DirecTV estaba sin saldo
