Amazing view, great location, beware the hill

It is a great place with a fantastic location with a view and private access to the pool. Amazing sunsets and good location with easy access to the fish and food night markets and shopping IF YOU HAVE A SCOOTER!! The hill would be a tough one to scale multiple times a day on foot. The cleaning crew was amazing and nice and the amenities have now been upgraded by us with wine glases. But when we arrived the kitchen cabinets had a mild moldy smell. Overall, we enjoyed the place tremendously and would come back.

We were not allowed to check in until 3pm, even though it says 2pm on booking. Unclear information from everyone about whether they want/offer customers to take a tuk tuk down the mountain. Long walk and very steep slopes that can also be dangerous to walk on. One of the women who works at the reception up the mountain needs to review how they behave towards customers. She came to pick us up on the street and was supposed to drive us up where she was noticeably rude. She didn't say hello and drove like a madman, because she seemed very angry that she had to pick us up. All of us in the car were completely shocked by her driving, the last part when we were going into the parking garage, where the slope is incredibly steep, then we got stuck with the car due to her careless driving, and we chose to jump out because it could have ended either way. It was downright dangerous and she showed no care even though there were children in the tuk tuk. A terrible trip that the children talked about for several days afterwards. The same woman also pointed out that they are not a taxi here. That you can rent a scooter if you want to get up and down. Then I can mention that I would NEVER have driven my children in a scooter up these slopes. That would have been irresponsible as a parent. No taxi could drive up either, no food delivery. But you are stuck up a mountain. I have mentioned to those who worked here that you should have this service but that the customers themselves have to

Et rigtigt lækkert område. Enormt god service - vi kunne tjekke tidligere ind, personalet hjalp os med transfer til henholdvis lufthavn og færge. Fantastisk kommunikation med Bum, som var så hjælpsom under vores ophold. De opbevarede også vores bagage efter vi var tjekket ud, mens vi kunne nyde deres dejlige tagterrasse og restaurant.
