Sea view with cozy room, spacious and clean, the distance to ferry terminal is ideal. Self check in without key or keypad is very convenient. Washing machine is powerful and the dryer was equipped. Nice experience for our family. Highly recommended for family stay

Great value for money

I was surprised how new the building was. The room was nicely set up. Location is very convenient in town with all groceries and eateries. Very comfortable stay. The only minor request would be if the hot water is hot but not boiling hot and you cannot adjust it. Great value for money. I will stay there again for my next visit.

The amenities were outstanding. They give you everything you need including the detergent to wash your clothes. The full size refrigerator was extremely nice to have. The staff were super sweet and helpful. The balcony view great on one side, you could see the ocean, but right in front of us was a prison, which was not mentioned at all, which is literally next door to the building. Mind you, we saw no movement from there, but it was a shock to be next door to the prison nene the less.

The communication is quite bad, we didn’t receive the email with the code the we can’t get in the hotel. We call to ask the officer and tried to communicate. No one seems to understand English so we used over 10 minutes to explain and repeat the situation that we are facing. Quite frustrating I’ll said.

I would have given this property a 5 star rating but for 2 reasons. First is the noise. The building is not very soundproof despite the building description in Expedia. There must have been at least 1 kid in the room above mine, and for all 6 days that I stayed, from 6am to 9pm it sounded like they were doing major renovations to the room, when it was probably just kids being kids. My room was beside a mechanical room, so I could also hear noise from that. The second reason for not getting 5 stars was that I had problems with the electronic door lock, and since there was no staff at the property, I felt helpless when my door wouldn't unlock. After a few attempts, it finally did, but I was nervous every time I had to go out and try opening my door when I returned. If you are fortunate to have neighbours that are not noisy, and your room is not beside a mechanical room, and presumably ypur electronic door lock functions properly, this would be a 5/5 hotel.

1番助かったのは部屋の中で毎日洗濯と乾燥まで出来ることです。台風の最中でしたが、一階部分に駐車場がありとても安心でした。役所や病院が近くにあり、停電しにくい立地であることも本当に安心でした。

今回で2回目の宿泊でしたが、今回も快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの皆さまも親切で、立地も便利なので、石垣島に来る時はまた利用したいと思っています。 一つだけ気になった点は、上の階のお部屋から深夜0時を過ぎても椅子を引きずるような音が聞こえ、その音で目が覚めてしまったことです。 それ以外はとても満足しています。次回もし可能でしたら、静かなお部屋、または上の階のお部屋に宿泊できたら嬉しいです。 ありがとうございます🙏

室内はとても清潔でしたが、3日間滞在したため、途中からほこりや髪の毛が目立ち始めました。クイクッルワイパーが欲しかったですね。 妻と幼児２人で利用したのですが、洗濯機の容量が小さくて脱水が上手く出来ない時がありました。乾燥機と浴室乾燥はとても助かりました。

最近、ロック解除のチェックインメールが届かないことが続いています。連絡すればすぐ送ってくれますが、もっと丁寧であって欲しい。部屋は綺麗だけど、入った瞬間、排水口の物凄い臭いがして、びっくりした。部屋をすぐ変えてもらえたのでありがたかったが、もし満室だったらと思うと不安が残る。

リゾートホテルのイメージではなく築浅のマンションでした。冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、キッチン、バスタオルも日数分用意、室内に洗濯機と衣類乾燥機も設置されており、生活のしやすさは五つ星でした。近くにはサンエーやドン・キホーテがあり生活に不自由することがなかった。 大変満足しました。
