Really badly run apartment complex. No check in available. No mention of restaurant in the main hotel. Exhortation on electricity charges and extortion on a mates lost key which they had recovered! Far better places available. Stay away !!

Good location but poor checkin service !

Check in is crazy especially when arrivals are late and confusing because there are so many blocks; you don’t know where to enter to meet anyone in reception. The security guards keep the access keys and one block guard is not aware what others are doing. The fact we had to pay a deposit for utilities was not mentioned. Too many hidden facts.

The property profiles as a hotel but it is a pure serviced appartment but not really serviced. There is no 24 hour checkin. We arrived late and it took an hour to get keys from security guards who were untrained to serve guests with no English. There is minimal service and no facilities. We had to pay extra for electricity. That wasn’t clear on booking. There was no place to buy basics like water, tea or coffee and nothing in the appartment. The view of the golf course from the rooms was lovely and if you are choosing to self cater it might work for you. Overall it’s ok but if you are looking for a hotel experience choose somewhere else.

Check-in is only until 5:30pm and I informed the property that I would arrive after 6pm. Fortunately I had the phone number because when I arrived at the place instructed, there was no one there. A guard eventually came but it took much longer than it should have. The unit was nice but the floors were dirty and I asked for them to be mopped but they never were. I found out on the 2nd day that the sliding glass door to the unit did not lock but did not want to notify anyone until I left since I left a lot in the unit. They also charge 1300 baht for cleaning and for electricity. I was there 3 nights and they said I used 168 kWh despite having to take the one key with me when I left which turns off the electricity in the unit. The price was reasonable but the add-on charges, cleanliness and check-in process contributed to my overall rating.

Det låg väldigt långt ifrån allting, frukosten på ett annat hotell. Dålig information från personalen då man checkade in. Men med en moppe kunde du åka dit du ville och hotellet var lugnt, helt okej säng, rent och snyggt, däremot väldigt strikta regler att följa.

Очень комфортабельные апартаменты в Алламанде 3 с большой гостиной, мини-кухней с электроплитой и полным набором посуды, тостером и чайником (что позволило готовить дома и не брать завтраки в соседнем отеле), спальной и санузлом, большой террасой с видом на гольф.поля. Услужливый персонал, чистота, хорошая система шатл-басов и катеров для поездок по району Лагуны создают все условия для качественного отдыха при отличном соотношении цена-качество в этом отеле, выгодно отличающем его от непомерно дорогих отелей первой линии.

For the price it was a good size apartment with a nice balcony view of golf course. Very cheap towels and you only get 2. None for kitchen. Very long walk from reception or taxi/shuttle pickup. Pool is much too hot to be refreshing. No gym. Too far to walk to beach. Minimart is always closed. Bed hard as a rock. Asked for a topper which did help a little. Lots of construction going on in hotel so jack hammer is very annoying when in your room.

To whom it might concern, We must raise our complain regarding the quality and service of Allamanda. 1. The air condition is not working well, it acting as a fan without colding. We request to fix the issue for 3 times, but there is no change. The room remains hot and impossible to stay in such summer weather. 2. The room lock is not working, we can't even go out without a room lock, and we need to stay in the room for a whole afternoon for them to fix the room lock. Its completely waste our time for such a short trip. The lock is yet to fix at this moment, and we are still remain in the room and they have no intention to change the room for us at all. 3. The telephone is not working as well. Times and times, we need to take 5 mins walk from one side and to another side of the building, and go down to the ground reception to seek help. 6. The response from the reception is always lazy and they could never addressing the issue immediately. We are very disappointed to recieve such unacceptable quality and service. We please invite Hotel.com to investigate this complaint properly. Best regards

Très joli condominium à prix abordable

La suite junior au ré de chaussée n'est pas très lumineuse, c'est mieux au 1er étage. La vue est superbe, la suite est spacieuse, superbe piscine et jacuzzi avec vue imprenable sur le parcours de golf. Propreté très bien, humidité dans la salle de bains mal gérée. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied en traversant le Angsana Laguna hotel. L'Allamanda Laguna Phuket est bien situé
