Had to wait 45 minutes with my daughter to check in. Couldn’t get into the building. There was no one at the desk. This is an apartment building not a hotel and they are not equipped to provide the basic minimum communication that even a motel requires.

I don’t know why this place has gotten some bad reviews. This was a great stay. Clean, safe, very convenient. It’s right across the street from the ferry that takes you across the harbor to long wharf or seaport district. And also a close walk to the subway. The apartment itself was beautiful. Loved it. The indoor pool was great especially for the couple of rainy days we had during our visit. Such a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a great place to stay! So close to lots of delicious restaurants, beautiful waterfront walk, and the Maverick Station…and only one stop away from the airport. The concierge was very friendly and helpful and there was a great specialty food shop right next door. I will stay there again the next time I am in Boston!

Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time. Sockets in kitchen didn't work which meant coffee machine not operable. Kettle on stove was our alternative. Children used swimming pool and reacted to chemicals resulting in all over body rash. Shame as ruined the start to our multi state holiday and felt the management company handled everything wrong.

When booking, we didn't know this was an apartment or that there were specific cleaning requirements. I expected a vacation, not a chore list. It took an hour to check-in because the concierge who had our apartment key was "on break" and calling around didn't help. We sat in the lobby like a family of vagrants with our luggage. The bedframe was broken. The washer machine, which would have been a nice touch, broke part way through a cycle. The trash bag (singular, they only provided one) was thin and leaked. The wifi router had a fan in it that sounded like a jet engine at night, toggling between loud and extremely loud. The curtains were NOT blackout and the sun shines directly onto the bed at 7 am. The only redeeming qualities was it was a 200 yard walk to the train station and the bed was comfortable. Would not recommend.

The room is clean and the furniture is pretty, but since it's part of an apartment complex, you don't have immediate help with extra sheets or heater support; so first two days out 4, we had to deal with the cold of the room. Third and 4th, since we had called for help, they did left the extra sheets and fixed the thermostat.

Property offers a wide range of amenities. The location is an A - with absolutely beautiful views, easy access to public transport on the subway and/or water taxi. The room has everything that you need, clean, modern, and comfortable. Safe area with many restaurants within walking distance and/or a quick subway stop away to the center of downtown Boston where options are endless!

Conceirge lost the keys to the unit, delaying my check in by 2 hours. Room was a bio-hazard with big blood stains on the bed. Also the address listed is wrong, it's 1 host that rents multiple buildings so if you book 2 rooms they will not be in the same building, you will need to drive between them. Also no hot water in the shower. Would also recommend not taking comment with you, as it's an unsafe neighborhood. There was a tweaker punching cars with a stick. Wouldn't recommend taking a vehicle you care about either.
