Idéalement situé pour une visite du centre historique de Syracuse, la plage est à 2 pas c’est vraiment agréable, les restaurants sont à côté, climatisation au top, volumes agréables, un bémol sur la propreté en général (sols et table sales, bonde et rideau de douche très sales avec moisissure très marquée sur le bas du rideau qui se décollait lorsqu’on se douchait), des bouteilles d’eau étaient dans le réfrigérateur c’était très appréciable, il manquait le nécessaire d’assaisonnement (sel, huile…) et aucun produit de nettoyage (pas de produit vaisselle par exemple). Une grande ambiguïté sur le parking voiture (qui nous a valu une amende de 30€) pour stationnement interdit car il faut avoir 2 pass : 1 pass à réclamer à l’hôte pour entrer avec une voiture dans la zone de l’appartement (zone ZTL) et un pass pour stationner qui n’est pas fourni et qui est réservé aux résidents annuels uniquement. Globalement logement agréable.

Oui mais pas l’appartement 16

Nous avions reservé l’appartement 16 de la rue Salomone. C’etait horrible, beaucoup d’humidité (murs et sols), moisissures sur les murs, les portes ne fermaient pas tellement qu’elles avaient gonflé à cause de l’humidité. Le chauffe eau n’avait pas ete allumé avant notre arrivée et le sol etait super sale. Nous avons contacté le service client et ils nous ont relogé dans un autre appartement qui était vraiment mieux. Nous avons donc passé une seule nuit dans l’appartement 16 que je déconseille vraiment, sinon le reste du sejour a été grandement amélioré et le service client est très disponible. Je réserverai à nouveau chez eux à l’avenir.
