Appartamento piuttosto spazioso e pulito...letti comodi, cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Il mare dista circa 3/4 km per cui è sempre indispensabile muoversi in auto. Zona molto silenziosa anche alla sera. Buon compromesso prezzo qualità

Appartement dans une jolie résidence, au calme, mais loin de la plage, (2.50/3 km) et du centre ville, il faut impérativement se déplacer en voiture ou louer des vélos.Le supermarché est à quelques minutes à pied.
Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et de la piscine, les enfants surtout!Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, avec climatisation.

Good value apartment
This apartment was good for our needs travelling with a baby, so we could use the kitchen facilities. It isn't a hotel so you need to call the owner to get him to meet you to let you in. We didn't know this lucky some nice tenant at apartment helped us out. Not close to town, better if you have a car. Pool was closed in April. Very close to supermarket.

OK choice in Follonica
Mixed Review. The young lady who meets you and gives you service is excellent and really wants to please. The pool is great. Having a washer in the room is great. Big fridge and freezer. 5 minute walk to a big grocery store. Off street parking. Good AC. Down side. Good 20-25 minute walk to downtown. Two of our three beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel several of the springs pushing up in to your back (but great pillows). Also you there are many apartments here not all owned by this renter. Several seems to be lived in by owners that have dogs. Some of these dogs bark 24/7 almost. And if you are not on the top floor you will here EVERYTHING that goes on the floor above you. The people on top of us argued a lot and seemed to be playing musical chairs at both 2 AM and 6 AM, with the chairs being dragged across the floor and sounding like fingernails being dragged across a blackboard. Between that and the poor bed we did not get much sleep.

Неплохой отель. Немного далековат от центра города. В нашем цокольном этаже были небольшие проблемы с сантехникой (запах в санузле к концу пребывания). Бельё не меняли ни разу за 2 недели. В остальном все понравилось: оформление номера, доброжелательность хозяина, бассейн, наличие бесплатной парковки. В целом впечатление хорошее. Сам город хорош только для пляжного отдыха и как отправная точка для путешествий по другим городам Тосканы (ездили и на прокатной машине и на поездах\автобусах).
