The location is great. Less than a 5 min walk to the Shintomicho station so it is easy to get around. Central enough yet, in a quieter area surrounded by 2 supermarkets nearby, and a couple of convenience stores. Room is spacious and if you're travelling with kids, the kitchenette and washer / dryer definitely helps. We really enjoyed staying there.

My family of 4 stayed for a week. The unit was pretty spacious when considering the usual size of a hotel room in Tokyo. The amenities were good in particular the washer and dryer.
