The apartment is lovely, clean. Central location. Easy walk to many locations or easy hop on the subway. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly desk. Only down side was it was noisy and I needed earplugs at night. Also one of the elevators in under construction which was very noisy during the day and long wait for the only working elevator every time we needed to go the and from the apartment.

An absolute gem, would stay again in a heartbeat. Great for large families, we had a two bedroom apartment and the beds were comfortable and there was also a sofa bed. In a great location close to everything to explore Madrid.
