Check in is supposed to be 2pm…one receptionist and about 10 people waiting to check in - took about 50 mins before we got into our room. Need more reception staff during busy check in times. The room was nice and clean, the balcony was nice but the surrounding area feels unsafe. We seen a restaurant employees moped get smashed to the ground in a drive by attack at 1am, a group of teenagers with balaclavas tried to storm the dan Murphy’s below…be careful at night it’s not a safe area.

Despite the tricky parking (there was plenty but I have a SUV and it's a bit hard to maneuver around steep parking areas, not the hotels' fault) our stay was just lovely.
