the hotel was poorly maintained. when we want to check in, the room was not ready. however we were offered upgrading room but the conditions was bad. The blanket was dirty with sort of blood stain for two beds. My family and I were very upset. I think this will be my first and last i'll stay here. They have a very location in Bukit Mertajam but not well managed

Untidy toilet

As for the room it's good but the toilet curtains is full of mole that it seems not been washed or replaced and the remote control for the TV isn't there where also the towels were not inside the room too as if we were to request it will take time to come but as this is a small matter that they can rectify it in the future.

Disappointing stay

Not good at, not comfortable and very unsatisfactory. The room is falling apart with cracks, molds everywhere at the bath tub, wall, counter top, sink, towel rack almost fall, not safe at all. The couch, pillow case is dirty, thinking that hotel staff will check the rooms before letting customers check-in. Very disappointing and will not recommend to family members or friends at all.

Badezimmer war volle Schimmel, "Saubere" Badetücher stink muffig. 3 Sterne Hotel in Asia kann man nicht mit International 3 Sterne vergleichen. Schade.
