Family friendly place

Incredible stay - rooms were big, clean and separated - kitchen well equipped - all clean and welcoming - location extremely close to the beach - swimmingpool was quite - great value for money - we will definitely return

There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back.

Great apartment with parking at an ease, location quiet, very clean and felt very safe to walk around and drive. Very short walk straight on to the Sunny Isles beach which was clean and beautiful.

Amazing location, only a short 3 blocks to walk to the beach. So many neat places in walking distance. Very easy to locate condo and navigate traffic. BEAUTIFUL views!! Condo was very neat and clean, set up with everything we needed, laundry, and full kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!
