Had a wonderful experience here in this lovely hotel. The customer service was excellent and as good as anyone could ask for, especially Ms. THAO Hoàng, the customer service representative at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay and experience was extraordinary. The hotel is in excellent condition with a huge outdoor pool, as well as a Japanese style bath and gym. Plus, several restaurants attached to the property Would definitely stay here again.

おそらく長期滞在者向けをメインとしているホテルですので、１泊の私には便利すぎて何も文句なしです。 キッチンあり、洗濯機あり、クローゼットも充実、大浴場もあり、朝食も日本食ベースでおいしいです。 また、スタッフの対応がとてもいいです。 受付の方から警備の方までとてもフレンドリーな感じで、とてもリラックスできました。次回も絶対に泊まります。
