Loved this cozy apartment. It was less than 10minutes walk from Gare Matabiau. We were 5 in the group and there was ample space. Loved the big bathroom. Saw the sauna and gym but we didn’t have time to use it. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Toulouse.

Red light area is one block away but not outside hotel and didn’t feel unsafe walking through the area to get to the main central shopping area which is a 10 minute walk away as is the victor hugo food market which is epic and should not be missed.

The hotel was close to the railway station and shops, bars and restaurants but also to some adults only clubs, although it wasn't an issue. It was disappointing that the swimming pool was closed as I had emailed the property a few weeks before and it was confirmed that it was open May to October.
