The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. Another 10 minutes and you in the main square and near lots of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. And stasis was helpful.

Great place to stay

Accommodation was fantastic. Disappointed the pool was closed but we did have the offer of a pool at a sister hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Toulouse

The main thing to know here is that there is no front desk/staff outside of the hours of 7am to 7pm, although check out did not require going to the desk, so the impact was minimized. Room was decently clean and had what was needed, although it was smaller than similarly priced apartment-hotels in the area. Still, not a bad choice, quiet street, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, in the center of Toulouse, and furnished with a kitchenette, so it does the job.

Excellent property and very convenient location. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is very clean and has a great stylish decor. Our room was great, we will continue to choose this hotel when we visit Toulouse

Be aware that as this is an "apartment hotel" the front desk is only open at certain times. For example they are closed at lunchtime. Make sure to check ahead of time if you plan to arrive between 12;00 and 15:00 so that they can help you with storing your bags. Otherwise your suitcase will become your "dog" while you drag it around, waiting to check in.

Excellent room with a balcony on the top floor. Great location - 5 mins from the rail station but still less than 20 mins to the point neuf on the river. Room spotlessly clean and contained everything you need for a short self catering stay! Reception has limited opening hours but reception staff super friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast is also available for additional charge. Lastly there is a small outdoor dipping pool at the rear along with some gym equipment. Only a short walk to the nearest restaurants and brasseries. Only stayed one night whilst passing through but wished it could have been longer! I would recommend this aparthotel without hesitation.

Not only was the property accesible and convenient, the personnel is extremely kind, accomodating, and friendly. They also have bilingual and trilingual staff, which is really helpful for foreigner tourists. I'd absolutely come back.

Quite location in the City, close to Railway Station and hundreds of shops. The rooms have mini kitchen facilities with everything needed for basic meals. Our interactions with Reception were very good and there is a great team here.

Good location. Good hotel with nice little pool and gym. Safe parking. Red light area is one block away but not outside hotel and didn’t feel unsafe walking through the area to get to the main central shopping area which is a 10 minute walk away as is the victor hugo food market which is epic and should not be missed.
